Using the Page Editor

Design pages visually with drag and drop, then preview and publish.

The Page Editor lets you design web pages with your mouse — no code required.

Opening the editor

In a site's Pages tab, click the Editor button on the page you want to edit.

Layout

The editor has four areas.

Editor full screen

  • Center (canvas) — The editing area where your actual page is shown
  • Left panel — The list of elements to add and the page structure (layers)
  • Right panel — Styles and properties of the selected element
  • Top toolbar — Switch screen size (desktop/tablet/mobile) and language, undo/redo, preview, and save

For a closer look at each panel and tab, see the Editor Screen Tour guide.

Basic editing flow

1. Add elements

Pick text, images, buttons, layouts, etc. from the Elements panel on the left and drag them onto the canvas. Elements are grouped into categories like Custom Components / Layouts / Typography / Basics.

Drag from the elements panel onto the canvas

2. Edit content

Click text on the canvas to type directly; pick images from the asset library.

3. Adjust styles

When you select an element, the Style panel on the right reflects it. Change colors, spacing, size, fonts, and alignment here.

4. Check responsiveness

Switch to tablet/mobile views in the top toolbar to refine each screen size. Styles can be set per device.

5. Preview

Turn on preview mode to hide the editing chrome and see exactly what visitors will see.

6. Save / Publish

Save your changes, then publish (deploy) the site when ready.

Binding dynamic content

For frequently-changing information like doctor lists or departments, use data binding instead of typing it in by hand. Once linked, editing the source (e.g. the doctor directory) updates the page automatically.

Multilingual

If you run multiple languages, enter content per language and use AI translation to draft quickly. For language setup, see Settings → Organization Settings.

FAQ

Q. I edited, but it isn't on the live site. Changes go live only after you Save and then Publish (deploy). See the SEO, Publishing & Domains guide.

Q. I deleted an element by mistake. While editing, you can restore it with undo.
