Assets are the media files used on your site. Manage them under Sites → Assets, split into tabs by type.
| Tab | Contents |
|---|---|
| Images | Photos, logos, banners, etc. |
| Videos | Video files |
| Documents | PDFs and other files |
Uploading
- Upload files directly or import by URL.
- Bulk upload of multiple files is supported.
- Uploaded images are automatically converted to a web-friendly format (WebP) for fast loading.
Public / Private
Each asset can be set to Public or Private.
- Public — Regular images/videos shown on the website
- Private — Internal files that should not be visible externally
Organizing tips
- Upload assets in advance so you can pick them straight from the library in the Page Editor and when writing articles.
- Use clear file names so they're easy to find later.
Where are they used?
Uploaded assets are used across the Page Editor (image/gallery elements), Copyrights (article banner/thumbnail/in-content images), and the Design System (logo).
