Synolink CMS Service Overview

An introduction to Synolink CMS — build and run hospital and clinic websites without code.

Synolink CMS lets hospitals and clinics build and run their own websites without writing any code. Design, content, multilingual support, and custom domains are all handled from the admin portal.

This documentation is written for operations staff (non-developers) who use the Synolink CMS admin portal.

What can you do?

  • Build websites — Start from the AI site builder, a template, or a blank site, and edit pages visually.
  • Manage content — Manage articles (news/announcements), doctor profiles, and media such as images, videos, and documents.
  • Branding — Apply your logo, colors, and fonts everywhere at once with the Design System.
  • Multilingual — Offer content in multiple languages and use AI translation.
  • Domains & publishing — Publish your site on your organization's own domain.
  • Enquiries — Review and export submissions from your website's contact forms.

Core concepts

The things you manage in Synolink CMS are organized like this:

Workspace (your organization)
├─ Site (public website)
│ ├─ Pages (Home, About, Services, etc.)
│ ├─ Design System (brand colors & fonts)
│ ├─ SEO settings
│ └─ Domain
├─ Articles / Doctors / Assets (content)
└─ Settings (departments, specialties, locations, languages, etc.)
  • Workspace — Your organization. You can switch workspaces from the top of the left sidebar.
  • Site — A public website inside a workspace. A workspace can hold multiple sites.
  • Page — An individual screen of a site (Home, About, etc.).

If you're new, read Getting Started → Dashboard Basics first, then create your first site under Building Sites.
