Managing Doctors

Register doctor profiles and link them to departments and specialties.


The Doctors directory manages your organization's medical staff. Access it under Sites → Contents → Doctors.

Registering a doctor profile

For each doctor you can enter:

  • Name
  • Job title / position (e.g. Chief, Specialist)
  • Department link (e.g. Internal Medicine, Orthopedics)
  • Specialty link (e.g. Cardiology)
  • Multilingual names (aliases) — per-language spelling

Relationship to departments & specialties

Doctors link to departments and specialties. Define these first under Settings → Organization Settings, and you can simply select them when registering a doctor.

Showing on the site

Registered doctors can be bound to a staff area in the Page Editor to display automatically. You can also filter by department. Editing a doctor's info updates the site automatically.

Recommended order

  1. Register departments and specialties first under Settings.
  2. Create doctor profiles and link departments/specialties.
  3. Bind the staff area in the Page Editor.
